Below mentioned are our cancellation policy :
Before 48 Hrs: Minimum Rs. 600 or 20% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.
Before 24 Hrs: Minimum Rs. 1200 or 25% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.
Within 24 Hrs: One days rental or 30% of the booking Amount, whichever is higher.

Booking canceled "ON" or "After" the pick up time or coming to claim the vehicle after 2 hrs of the pick up time shall be considered as "No Show" and the entire booking amount shall be forfeited by the company and the vehicle will not be provided and a fresh booking shall be needed to make by the customer.

Late returns up to one hour are under the grace period so no extra charges will be levied, beyond 1 hour 1/2 days rental shall be charged and beyond that the entire days rental shall be charged or deducted from your security deposit.

If you drive the vehicle within all legal frameworks, i.e. following and obeying all traffic rules, are not driving rashly, are not under the influence of Alcohol or/and any other illegal drugs including certain medications like sleeping and anxiety medications, and still there is an accident or a mishap takes place than you only need to pay the difference amount after insurance company’s reimbursement plus a surcharge i.e. your security amount. But if accident and damages takes place because of rash driving or violation of any rules you are liable to pay 100% for repair and damages plus the daily rental for the days the car is off the road for repairs. Please don't leave the accidental site till you have completed all the formalities described extensively in the terms and conditions.
